This handbook is based on Elodie Padovani's perception, knowledges and experience. She has gathered technicall and practical informations that will allow practitionners to start and progress by securing their trainings.
You will find different themes such as equipment, warm-ups, stretching, as well as many tips.
In total, the handbook gathers 172 figures and variations of beginner level, and 252 figures and variations of intermediate level. The figures are classified according to their difficulty of execution.
Elodie Padovani was born in 1987 in Sète. At 18, she start fitness and body-building, then in 2007 she discovers pole dance and becomes addicted and passionnate. She perfected herself and opened her studio Pole Dance Stars in 2011.
Elodie validated 4 levels from the course Xpert training pole fitness program, and is a champion of France FFD 2016 in duet.
3 years of work were needed to develop this complete pole dance support for beginner and intermediate levels.
The handbook has spaces for you to write your comments and observations down, as well as additionnal tips you can get from a teacher.
With more 400 figures and referenced transitions, you will be able to create your own combination with the "combo" ideas proposed at the end of each level, and create choregraphy using the "aide à la création chorégraphique" chapter.
