For any order placed on www.bodyandmoves.com, we are committed to preparing your order within 24 hours to 48 hours for products in stock. Our shipments are from Monday to Friday and you can at any time track your package's status in the « My orders » section. We have selected the most recognized means of transport to deliver your orders everywhere in Metropolitan France and in Europe in the best conditions. Here are the delivery times and rates:

Colissimo

At Body&Moves, delivery to Metropolitan France is free of charge for any order from €69 to a Colissimo Pick-up Point, or from €90 for Colissimo sent to your home. Below this amount, the delivery is charged €3.90 for a delivery to a pick-up point, or €5 for Colissimo sent to your home. After confirming your order, you will receive your parcel within 2 to 5 working days (from Monday to Saturday, period commonly noted).

X-Pole UPS

Metropolitan France (excluding Corsica), Switzerland*, and some European Union countries
The delivery time for X-POLE products through UPS is approximately 2 to 4 working days. This period may vary depending on the stocks available from the supplier. Delivery times are indicated on the product sheet when ordering, or later through our customer service.
The delivery charges for X-Pole poles, extensions and accessories start from €29 and are calculated according to the destination, as well as the number and weight of the packages.

Particularity of pre-orders : some X-Pole items can be pre-ordered, in which case it will be mentioned on the page of the product in question. When a product is pre-ordered, it means that it is no longer in stock at X-Pole but available on a waiting list only. A pre-order then allows you to have an item reserved for you within the next consignment. An indicative delivery time will also be given when ordering. It is an estimate that can evolve depending on the supply conditions encountered. If in doubt about a pre-ordered product, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Lupit Pole M-Pole GLS

Metropolitan France and some European Union countries
The delivery time for Lupit Pole products through GLS is approximately 2 to 4 working days. This period may vary depending on the stocks available from the supplier. Delivery times are indicated on the product sheet when ordering, or later through our customer service. The delivery charges for Lupit Pole poles and accessories start from €25 and are calculated according to the destination, as well as the number and weight of the packages. The delivery of Lupit Pole crash mats is free of charge.

The delivery time of M-Pole products through GLS is approximately 3 to 5 working days after the products have been shipped. These products are made to order and the total average time between ordering and delivery is 3 to 8 days. Delivery times are indicated on the product sheet when ordering, or later through our customer service. Unless otherwise specified, delivery of M-Pole crash mats is free of charge.



*For these destinations, the order will be invoiced exclusive of tax. However, the Buyer will be liable for taxes upon receipt of the parcel.
