Return an item

You have received your items, but they do not suit you? > You have 30 days from receiving your parcel to ask us for an exchange or a refund.


Conditions for return

Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, tagged and including the return receipt or purchase invoice. Any product that would have been damaged, worn or dirtied will not be refunded or exchanged. In this case, the customer will remain the owner of the product, which can be sent back to their address at their expense. Items should be tried with underwear. For hygiene reasons, any returns that do not comply with this procedure will not be eligible for refund. The cost of return are the customer's responsibility, except when the product received is defective or does not match the order form. Body&Moves will not accept parcels sent on a freight collect. When a Buyer returns products, any risk related to the return of the product is the Buyer's responsibility. In the context of an exchange, shipping costs for reshipment of the new product will be our responsibility, within the limit of one exchange per order. You may request an exchange for one or more items, provided that the total amount is lower than or equal to the total amount of the returned item(s). In case of lower value, the difference will be refunded to the payment method used when ordering.
